Piccolo in Braunschweig

My favorite Italian in Braunschweig. Unfortunately we have to forego a visit there, but I'm looking forward to a quick and quality lunch there.

I think the selection is broad and so far whatever has tasted absolutely great, what for my part I have been served in front of me. The waiter has worked briskly, cleanly and nicely. This restaurant has de facto potential to become my new hangout. Mine Sisters and I the restaurant suitable for all kinds of occasions irrelevant whether with a partner, friends or family.

I was there the other day for the first time and was extremely impressed. I ate Spaghetti Gaberi and it was really excellent! Really Italian and with real prawns and not the small ones out of the can, as you get from some other Italians. The coffee afterwards was also very good and not as watery as others. Despite the fact that I got there half an hour before closing time, the service was very good and very nice! Unfortunately, it is always very crowded there, which doesn't mean anything bad, but unfortunately I won't have the opportunity to spontaneously get a seat again anytime soon. But I can only warmly recommend this Italian !!

Delicious as always

Went there for lunch, pasta with mushrooms 14 euros way too expensive for the quality. Never again. Addendum to the answer from the boss. Because your meat comes from organic farmers, doubt I. Are their mushrooms hand picked, I doubt. Your products will definitely come from a factory, and that's not a problem. I also like to pay a little more for good quality, but we were not convinced by your food.

Always happy to have lunch there, from pasta to meat and vegetarian dishes, there is everything the gourmet heart desires. I can only recommend!

The operator and cook goes out of his way to please his customers. The dishes are delicious and the atmosphere is very good.

Here you will find good café (portafilter) and good panini, which is not easy in Braunschweig. I also found the staff friendly, attentive and helpful. And the outdoor terrace also has morning and morning sun.

Glass of wine 8, - € is too high for such a simple place. I have found nothing special about this wine that should justify this price. At about 6:15 p.m. we wanted to order a salad - there was none left. I didn't ask for any salad either. Conclusion - not again. A pity

Always nice to spend an evening in the sun here. Great food and friendly service.

The Piccolo is a small cozy restaurant. I celebrated my birthday there with around 30 people and find it ideal for private celebrations in a smaller group. I can only recommend it!
